We provide a unique IDN (Internet Domain Name) registration/renewal service that is based on personal interaction with the client.  The absence of a complicated and impersonal web interface provides an important safegaurd against social engineering tactics designed to steal your name.  Our IDN registration/renewal services include:

Reasonable pricing

Up to CAD$35.00 per year for most names (including .CA, .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, and many others), plus applicable taxes.  Please note that pricing and requirements may vary for other gTLDs and ccTLDs.

Privacy protection (no extra charge)

Although you (or your organization) are listed as the legal owner (the Registrant), as required by various registration authority policies, our contact information is used which protects you from false renewal notices (by illegitimate registrars), social engineers (a.k.a., traditional con-artists), tele-marketers, junk mailers, and spammers.

Leading registrars

We are proud of the special partnership arrangements we have with the longest-running, world leading Registrar, Network Solutions.  They have professional internal controls and thorough internal policy enforcement designed to prevent social engineering attempts from resulting in fraudulent transfers of control.

Personal renewal reminders (no extra charge)

You will be contacted personally by us prior to renewal deadlines to obtain your authorization before renewing, so you won't have to worry about contacting us.  Automatic renewal options are available with approved credit.

Note:  When contacting you, we will NOT try to sell other products or services to you because we believe that using every point of contact as a sales vehicle is not good for client relations.

Paper trail (no extra charge)

Invoices are sent via postal mail, so that you have proof of ownership for every registration and renewal.  This is particularly important for corporations with internal controls in their accounting systems.

Instructions via eMail

Our Network Operations Centre will accept instructions via eMail (such as for changing DNS servers, facilitating an outbound transfer, etc.), but only after we verify with you personally.  This ensures that false or erroneous instructions aren't executed unintentionally, due to the involvement of qualified DNS expertise.

DNS zone management (no extra charge)

With industry standard ISC-Bind, our Network Operations Centre manages your DNS zones for you with a great deal of flexibility.  We can also support advanced clientele who prefer to provide their own zone files.

Note:  If you need a DNS zone with more than 100 records, additional fees may apply -- most clients typically need approximately 10 records per internet domain name.

Registrar transfers

Existing internet domain names can be transferred fairly easily.  If you don't have access to your account (this does occur if a contact has disappeared and/or their information is no longer valid), there are procedures available to handle this and re-gain control of your internet domain name.  For future outbound transfers (away from us), our internal policies require personal contact with our clients to prevent fraudulent transfer requests (we will facilitate all outbound transfers as long as all invoices have been paid in full).

Note:  To ensure a successful transfer, we highly recommend initiating the Registrar Transfer request no less than one month prior to the expiry date of the respective internet domain name.
