For all internal documents and spreasheets our company standardizes on LibreOffice.org (or OpenOffice.org is Libre Office is not available), which is a complete free and open-source office suite solution that features word processing, spreadsheet, and digital presentation functionality.  This software can also generate PDFs, which we have also standardized on for electronic delivery of quotations and proposals since Adobe PDF Reader is already installed on almost every computer in the world.  This software is all free and can be downloaded from the following web sites:
