SSH ASCII art show

Digital SSH ASCII Art Show shell script by Randolf Richardson
from Beautiful British Columbia, Canada, on November 20, 2012;
this software is free, and I hereby release it under the same
licensing terms that NetBSD 6 depends on. Full information
about this software is available from the following web page:

This never-ending automatic Digital SSH +--[ RSA 2048]----+
ASCII Art Show features a new portrait | .E*=+ |
every second (one such portrait is shown | o+o . |
to the right-hand side of this text). | + . . |
                                           | o * |
This script depends on the version of | . * S |
ssh-keygen that comes with NetBSD 6.0, | . + . . |
although it should function normally on | .. . . |
other flavours of Unix and distributions | .oo . |
of Linux with new enough versions of the | oo.. |
same ssh-keygen software. +-----------------+

I first noticed the SSH key generation's ASCII art output when
starting "sshd" for the first time (NetBSD generates new keys
automatically), and so I investigated and discovered that this
output is simply a built-in feature of ssh-keygen. I was
motivated by my keen interest in ASCII art to write a simple
one-line script to generate a continuous SSH ASCII art show
that could be easily be shared with the world, starting with
the #NetBSD and ##BSD channels on Freenode.Net's IRC network.
