ICELIB0.NLM

ICELIB0.NLM is a NetWare Loadable Module that provides useful functions designed to assist NLM developers in reducing development time by simplifying common tasks such as:

• command line processing,
• DNS queries,
• eMail address parsing,
• 32768-bit binary/ASCII conversions,
• a sophisticated BSD socket server,
• and much more (see our API index for a complete list).

This library, which was written purely in assembly, is freeware.  Copy it, distribute it, and use it as you see fit, as long as you don't modify it in any way.  You assume all risk and liability for the use of this module by using it, and you may bundle ICELIB0.NLM with your own products on a royalty-free basis.

Current version:  ICELIB0.NLM v1.08a (2002-Aug-02)

The major version is increased when significant functions are added.  Minor versions are increased when new features are added to existing functions, less significant (or unimportant) functions are introduced, or important bugs are fixed.  The letter at the end of the version number is increased when minor changes are made to the code or low-impact bugs are fixed.  The "history of enhancements" page tracks all changes to ICELIB.

To ensure file transfer integrity, type NDIR ICELIB0.NLM /VER at the DOS prompt to calculate the standard Novell checksum.
